  1. The guarantee period is 12 months from the actual date of shipment from the Seller’s plant in China. Within the warranty period, the Seller at his own expenses will send new parts as replacement of defective or faulty components. Labour cost of replacing parts or eliminating defects is at Buyer's charge.

  2. The warranty is given by the Seller  only under normal and correct operation of the machines.

  3. The warranty is valid for the same period even if the property right is transferred by the Buyer to the third party.

  4. The Seller shall guarantee that on the date of delivery the Goods' technical characteristics meet fixed standards,quality and model agreed between Seller and Buyer before placing an order.

  5. The Seller shall guarantee that the delivered Goods have no manufacturing defects due to bad workmanship. If any defects are found when receiving the Goods from the Seller or any hidden defects are discovered by the Buyer within the warranty period of the Goods, the Buyer shall notify the Seller within 5 days from the date of their detection. The guarantee does not cover: those parts subject to normal wear; It is not applied to the nature tear and wear as well as the damage which is due to negligent or improper storage as well as handling, overbearing, using not for the purpose, insufficient and/or incorrect assembling and operation by not-qualified personnel and also due to nonfulfillment of the technical instructions of the Seller for installation and/or assembling and putting the Goods into operation.

  6. The Seller is obliged to send replacement parts under warranty within reasonable time from the date of receiving the claim from the Buyer.
